Know before steak tartar was done like this

No offense to those who want to cook their Tartar

Originally the steak tartar was always prepared from horse meat , chopped with a knife, which implied a meat very tender.

Today in the best cases the meat can be even hopped with a knife , it usually comes from beef

A very tender beef , minced and decorated with a preparatiion of codiments and seasoned to taste and accompanied by fries and green salad

Ingredients: Egg yolk , mstard , salt, pepper, tanasco, English sauce, viegr cruet, ketchup (optnal ) , lemon, capers chopped, chopped pickles, chopped nions chopped parsley, meat beef.

Befor you begin preparing the client' s request preferences seasoning

In a bowl

Yellow Mix egg , salt, pepper, mustard with dash of vinegar

Add Tabasco , Worcestershire sauce & well stir

Add seasoning , reserving a little chopped asley

And mash well with all 2 ranges

Add the meat and stir well

Complete preparation with a squeeze of lemon

taste the preparation eventually

Prepare carefully on large platter nd arrange chopped arsley and onion rundels on steak ( ecoration ) and srve the guests
